I love barbeque and I’m always looking for another good place to go get some when I don’t have the time to make it myself. (I’ve become a bit of a bbq snob since getting my MAK smoker a few years ago, I admit it!)
This is a new BBQ joint that just opened in the South Bay here. We decided after a long day of home brewing, it was time to reward ourselves.
I love pickles, and when fried pickles are on the menu, they’re going to be in my order! These were amazing. Easily my new favorite! They were so think and dry and crispy, with all of the good pickle flavor. It was like eating crisp potato chips!
The barbeque didn’t disappoint either, each meat was cooked to perfection and the sauce wasn’t overwhelming. I’ve talked to enough pitmasters to know that if meat needs sauce, it isn’t done well.
