Pineapple Loquat Jam with Peppers

A friend of mine just recently got a big basket of loquats, and asked if I’d make some jam out of them. After doing some research online about flavor combinations and methods, I decided on a variation of a recipe I found on Ball’s website.

After making the full batch, I think I’d add more peppers for the ratio that I had. They provide good visual interest, but I think the flavor got lost some with the pineapple and loquat amounts.
