Of all the bourbon drinks I enjoy, I think a Perfect Manhattan is my favorite. I love the interplay of the vermouths, and like to try different bitters to mix it up a little. This was using Dickel Rye, Martini & Rossi vermouths, Fee Brothers Bitters and Luxardo cherries. The Luxardo cherries are a lot more savory than the basic maraschino Americans are used to.
