Burnt Citrus Sea Salt

As part of Christmas gifts this year, I made batches of different flavored salts for family and friends. You can either season a dish with a little added flavor, or use it as a finishing salt at the end. I really enjoyed the smokiness that burning the citrus peel imparted to this recipe.
